The Minister said that a more resilient global economy will require countries to diversify partnership and work together to keep the movement of goods, services and energy and capital as stable and predictable as possible. He also emphasized that private investment must lead the cycle, adding that scale of investment and private sector participation is essential to strengthening innovation capacity.
