Russia's Putin oversees military exercises of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday observed the final stage of military exercises being carried out by the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) at the training ground in Chelyabinsk region. Military units from CSTO member states including Mongolia, Belarus and China took part in the joint and special drills.

The drills featured advanced military equipment such as tanks, drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, and specialized robotic systems. It was learned that delegations and observers from roughly 55 to 60 nations attended the events.
