Inspection of Cleaning Activities : Kayah State CM inspected cleaning activities

The Kayah State Chief Minister U Aung Maw, together with members of the State Government, Saturday morning, inspected the cleanliness and beautification efforts along Kandarawati  Road, where the Loikaw Airport is located, the cleaning of the Htethama ထေးသမ Ward water reservoir, and the construction of a new Youth Center building.

First, the State Chief Minister and relevant officials observed and encouraged the joint cleaning activities being carried out along Kandarawati Road, where Loikaw Airport is situated, in Nyaung Yar (b) Ward. The cleaning efforts involved the State Police Force, Fire Brigade, General Administration Department, departmental staff, and local residents.

The Chief Minister and officials then inspected the airport building, including the Security Check area, Departure Lounge, and waiting lounges, and gave necessary instructions to the responsible officials.

Afterward, the Chief Minister inspected the progress of the re-excavation of the Htethama  water reservoir and the clearing of the surrounding pathway, as well as the construction of a new three-story RC Youth Center building (120 feet by 40 feet), funded by the State Budget Fund for the fiscal year 2026–2027.

Responsible officials explained the ongoing work status, and the State Chief Minister provided guidance and necessary instructions, it’s reported.
