Parliamentary Affairs : President meets with Viet Nam National Assembly Chairman

President U Min Aung Hlaing met with Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Trần Thanh Mẫn at the National Assembly Building in Hanoi on Saturday, during his official visit to Viet Nam.

The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between the legislatures of the two countries, including continued mutual support at regional and international parliamentary forums. President U Min Aung Hlaing expressed hope to continue to work closely between the two legislatures to further enhance cooperation, especially among the parliaments of ASEAN member states.

The discussions also covered opportunities to deepen parliamentary relations and promote greater cooperation between Myanmar and Viet Nam at regional and international levels.
