Official Visit to Viet Nam: President and officials arrive in Viet Nam

A high-level Myanmar delegation led by President U Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla left the Nay Pyi Taw International Airport via a special aircraft on Friday morning for an official visit to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, following an invitation from the Vietnamese President Mr. To Lam and wife.

The delegation was seen off at the airport by Vice President Daw Nan Ni Ni Aye, Speakers of Pyithu and Amyotha Hluttaws and their wives, Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services and wife, Union Ministers and their wives, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, and officials from the Embassy of Viet Nam in Myanmar.

Accompanying the President are Union Ministers, senior officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, Yangon Region Chief Minister, Deputy Ministers and officials. The high-level Myanmar delegation arrived at the Noi Bai International Airport at 12:30 PM. At the airport, they were warmly welcomed along the red carpet by the Minister of the Office of the President of Viet Nam, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Myanmar Ambassador to Viet Nam and concerned officials.
