Modi Calls for Dialogue, zero tolerance on terrorism at 26th SCO summit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 26th Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Bishkek, reiterating India’s position that dialogue and diplomacy are the only way forward to resolve conflicts.

He called for zero tolerance towards terrorism and stressed that there should be no double standards in the fight against terrorism. Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted the importance of connectivity, technology, innovation, startups and youth engagement. He also announced India’s readiness to host the first SCO Civilization Dialogue Forum.
