MSME Development : Meeting with MSME entrepreneurs in Magway

Magway Region Chief Minister U Tin Ko Ko met with MSME entrepreneurs at the Region Government office on Friday. In his remarks, the Chief Minister underscored the nation’s recent significant MSME development process, successful central committee meeting and World MSME Day activities.

Under the guidance of head of state, “ From Cotton Cultivation to Textile Industries” Forum was successfully held in the region with constructive outcomes. The Chief Minister encouraged the attendees on information transparency and assured to provide requisite technology assistance.

He also called for the concerted efforts of the respective departments to ensure long-term sustainability of MSME enterprises, better employment opportunities and socio-economic development of the people.

Following this, discussions were made on MSME market expansion and investment opportunities, efforts to participate in international exhibitions, digital service provision and difficulties encountered. The Chief Minister supplemetned the discussions and concluded the meeting.
