S. Jaishankar to co-chair key India-Russia Commission

Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar is in Moscow, Russia, for an official two-day visit at the invitation of Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov.

On August 24, Jaishankar is co-chairing the 27th Session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC) with Manturov. The IRIGC-TEC covers several major areas trade and economic cooperation, science and technology, investment and industrial cooperation, education and cultural cooperation, people-to-people relations and broader strategic and technological cooperation.
