Energy Sector : Meeting with the Belarusian Energy Minister

Union Minister for Electricity and Energy U Ko Ko Lwin met with Belarusian Minister for Energy Mr. Moroz Denis in Minsk on Friday evening. Both sides cordially discussed requisite technologies and investment cooperation for the construction of petrochemical plants, reduction of natural gas losses through natural gas distribution network enhancement and smart power generation and smart grid development.

They also emphasized on necessary collaborative measures in cable and related parts manufacturing, human resource development in electricity and energy sector, as well as further bilateral cooperation works to ensure energy security.
