











Myanmar-Belarus bilateral meeting was held at the Presidential Palace in Minsk on Friday, with the attendance of President U Min Aung Hlaing and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
The meeting discussed further cooperation in defense and security, trade and investment, livestock, industry, space technology, education, finance, healthcare, science and technology, culture and tourism. Both sides also agreed to continue implementing the Myanmar-Belarus Cooperation Roadmap for 2026–2028.
The two countries exchanged nine agreements and memorandums of understanding, covering legal assistance, election cooperation, space technology, science and technology, strategic research, finance and media cooperation.
The leaders of Myanmar and Belarus later issued a joint statement to the media. They later attended a working lunch hosted by the Belarusian President. A Belarusian orchestra performed music from both countries during the lunch.
