India-Thailand armies conduct MAITREE-XV exercise

The 15th edition of the India-Thailand joint military exercise MAITREE-15 is underway in Thailand, bringing together soldiers from both armies for two weeks of joint training. The exercise is focused on strengthening interoperability and sharing operational experience in counter-insurgency and counter-terrorism operations.

Moreover, the exercise features advanced training covering jungle survival, casualty evacuation, trench-clearing drills and the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.
