East China suspends ferries, halts projects as Typhoon Dolphin approaches

As Typhoon Dolphin approaches, major East China ports near Shanghai including Zhoushan, Ningbo, and Changjiangkou have suspended operations, halted project activities, and restricted vessel entries. Chinese National Meteorological Center issued yellow alerts as the storm tracks westward from near Okinawa. It also said that the storm is forecast to cross the eastern coastline around late Sunday.
