Work Undertakings: Chief Minister tours in Kantbalu District

Sagaing Region Chief Minister U Ko Lay, accompanied by departmental officials, Chairperson from Kantbalu District/ Township Management and Administrative Committee and officials, visited Kantbalu Sports Ground on Thursday.

The Chief Minister heard reports by the officials on upgrading plans of football field and track and field sports ground. The Chief Minister inspected the durability of the bleacher and coordinated the needs. At the Petrified Wood Park, officials from City Development Committee reported on preservation of Petrified Wood, recreation places arrangement and cleaning works in the park and the Chief Minister fulfilled the needs and toured around the park.

The Chief Minister and party also visited to 100 Bedded People’s Hospital in Kantbalu Township, inspected X-rays room and Laboratory room, cordially met with the patients and provided nutritious food. During the meeting with the Medical Superintendent, nurses and health care staff at the meeting room of the hospital, the Chief Minister said the plans to fulfill the needs of the hospital in coordination with the officials. On the reports by the Medical Superintendent of the hospital, the Chief Minister coordinated the needs.
