Work Undertakings: Basketball flag and referee training

A ceremony was held on Wednesday to present the victory flag to the Kachin State basketball team competing in the 2026 Region and State Tournament.

Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan encouraged the players and coaches, and awarded 3 million kyats along with the flag. Another 3 million kyats was donated by Euchain School. At the same event, the opening of an international referee training course was held. The course, jointly organized by the Sports and Physical Education Department and the Myanmar Football Federation Referee Committee, will train 35 participants over five days with both theory and practice.
