Maldives, Bangladesh discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation

Bangladesh Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman on Sunday met with Maldives President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu to discuss multilateral cooperation, education, and people-to-people exchanges. During the meeting, Rahman acknowledged existing ties in trade, employment, health, tourism, and the contribution of the Bangladeshi workforce in the Maldives.

Both sides reaffirmed the long-standing partnership and friendship between two nations.
