South Korean and US troops conduct joint combat logistics exercise

South Korean and US troops conducted their largest-ever Combined Joint Sustainment Training, a four-day joint combat logistics exercise that concluded on Thursday. The drill involved approximately 4,400 personnel and focused on maintaining operational readiness and inter-military interoperability.

The exercise focused on integrating the amphibious logistics support capabilities of the two nation forces in situations where port facilities are unavailable, and on mastering procedures for the continuous movement of equipment and supplies from sea to shore.
