South Korea and Mongolia gathered 300 business and political leaders in Ulaanbaatar on Friday for the Korea-Mongolia Business Forum.

Speaking at the forum, Mogolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh reaffirmed the country's commitment to improving its investment climate, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of investors, and building a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership with South Korea.

President Lee Jae Myung also said cooperation would expand beyond popular Korean consumer products to areas such as finance, healthcare, education, and artificial intelligence. He emphasized the need for closer collaboration on critical mineral supply chains, infrastructure investment, and the legal and regulatory environment.
