Visiting the Oil Mill: Chief Minister visits oil mill in Magwe

Magwe Region Chief Minister U Tin Ko Ko on Saturday visited the Shwe Pyi Tha peanut processing and edible oil refinery operated by Thiri Thukha Gaday Kywe Company Limited, a 100% Myanmar-owned investment company.

The Chief Minister heard reports on its operations, investment activities and challenges, and discussed ways to boost production, expand markets and help address business needs before touring the factory. The refinery, equipped with a Chinese-made processing system capable of refining five tonnes of edible oil per day, is currently producing and distributing refined soybean, sunflower and peanut oils to the domestic market.
