Capacity Enhancement Training: Shan State CM delivered the opening address

Shan State Chief Minister U Sai Htein Soe, accompanied by relevant officials, attended the opening ceremony of Batch (1/2026) of the Capacity Enhancement Training Course for Ward and Village-Tract Administrators, held at the Taunggyi City Hall in the morning of July 1 and delivered the opening address.

In his remarks, the Chief Minister urged the administrator trainees to study the lessons in each subject taught during the course systematically and apply the knowledge effectively in their respective areas of responsibility by combining foresight, wisdom, and sincerity. He also emphasized that, in carrying out their duties within their local communities, they must remain free from corruption, uphold discipline, maintain high ethical standards, and foster good interpersonal relations. Furthermore, he stressed that any disputes or problems arising within their areas should be resolved correctly, fairly, and in strict accordance with the existing laws.

After the ceremony, the Chief Minister and officials warmly greeted the ward and village-tract administrators who would be attending the training course from July 1st to 28, it’s reported.
