Delegation Departed for Viet Nam : Delegation to attend ASEAN major cities leaders’ conference

In connection with the 2026 ASEAN Future Forum, which will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam from June 9 to June 10, 2026, Yangon Region Chief Minister U Aung Naing Thu, Mandalay Region Chief Minister U Myo Aung, Yangon Region Minister for Development Affairs U Myo Myint Aung, Mandalay Region Minister for Development Affairs U Khin Maung Aye, and Yangon City Development Committee Office Department Head (Deputy Director General) U Nyan Lin Soe departed from Yangon by air for Vietnam on the evening of June 7 to attend the ASEAN Major Cities’ Leaders’ Conference.

The members of the Yangon Region Government and responsible officials saw off the Myanmar delegation, led by Yangon Region Chief Minister and Mandalay Region Chief Minister, at Yangon International Airport, it’s reported.
