Terrorist Attack: Student injured by terrorist attack in Kyaw Town

With malicious intent, the so-called PDF terrorist groups are deliberately committing terrorist activities to ruin nation’s education sector. They forcibly recruit and kill education personnel, students and parents, and destroy school buildings and infrastructure continuously.

On Saturday morning, the so-called PDF insurgents launched small arm attacks on teachers and students who were conducting collective cleaning activities at Basic Education High School (Kyaw) in Kyaw Town, Gangaw District, Magwe Region. As a result, a grade-11 student was shot from the right side of his chest to his back.

The injured student is currently undergoing necessary medical treatment at the station battlion clinic.  Local residents show a strong condemnation on brutal and mindless acts of violence of the so called PDF terrorists against school compound, education personnel and students. Necessary security operations are being carried to expose the perpetrators as soon as possible.
