Inspection Tour : Education, infrastructure and drainage projects in Sittwe

Rakhine State Chief Minister U Naing Oo met with students at the Border Areas Ethnic Youth Development Training School in Sittwe and encouraged them to work hard in their studies, gain knowledge, and become responsible citizens who can contribute to the country’s development.

During the visit, he inspected student hostels and dining facilities, as well as temporary sports grounds and sports facilities.

The Chief Minister later inspected the storage and maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and construction materials owned by the state Road Department, urging officials to prevent waste and ensure proper management. He also inspected drainage improvement work in Mingan Ward, and instructed officials to ensure smooth water flow during the rainy season to help prevent flooding.
