Meeting with Newly Recruited Staff: MCRD UM met with newly recruited staff members

The Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development, U Myo Zaw Thein, met with 61 graduates who completed their studies in May 2026 at the two Nationalities Youth Resource Development Degree Colleges (Yangon & Sagaing), held Monday morning at the meeting hall of the Union Minister’s Office, where he delivered an address.

During the ceremony, Union Minister U Myo Zaw Thein warmly welcomed the graduates on behalf of the ministry. He stated that the ministry had already provided orientation and workplace-entry training to help newly recruited staff understand and comply with the ministry’s policies, objectives, goals, duties, and the responsibilities of the respective departments under its administration.

The Union Minister further noted that the graduates had been trained and nurtured by the State to meet national needs. He urged them to faithfully carry out their responsibilities and contribute to the development of their respective regions as well as the nation as a whole.

Following that, the Union Minister listened to the presentations and concerns raised by the newly graduated staff members and coordinated the necessary support and assistance to address their needs, it’s reported.
