Special Appeal Tribunal : Special civil & criminal appeal cases passed and heard

A special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court judges U Thein Ko Ko, Daw Thin Thin Newt, Daw Pyone Pyone Ayeand Daw Thin Thin Cho passed judgments on five special civil appeal cases at Office No. 1 of the Zeyathiri District Court, Pobbathiri Township in Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 Am on June 1st. 

In addition, they also heard two criminal special appeal cases and three civil special appeal cases, it’s learnt.
