Tourism Promotion: Myanmar welcomes international tourists with souvenirs

Myanmar held a tourism promotion event at Yangon International Airport, where international visitors were welcomed with souvenir keychains.

The initiative aims to promote Myanmar’s tourism industry, provide easy access to travel information, and help tourists contact support services 24 hours a day. Arriving foreign tourists received keychains featuring a QR code linked to the Ministry’s tourism website, along with contact details for the tourism call center - 1551 and mobile hotline +95 9 881 881 222.

The souvenir keychains will be distributed to international visitors arriving through Yangon and Mandalay airports. Authorities hope the gifts will encourage tourists to remember their positive experiences in Myanmar and inspire future visits.
