Education Promotion : School enrollment underway in Sagaing Region

The 2026-2027 Academic Year School Enrollment activities are under across the country with the theme “Let's Enroll All School-Age Children for Sustainable Development of the Country”.

On Wednesday, Sagaing Region Chief Minister U Ko Lay, accompanied by concerned officials, inspected the school enrollment process at Basic Education Schools in Monywa Township, Sagaing Region. At No.6 Basic Education High School, No.5 Basic Education High School, and Basic Education Middle Schools (Branch), the Chief Minister oversaw school enrollment process and school supplies provision.

He cordially greeted the students and parents, and also instructed the principals, teachers and faculty members for school lifting measures, resilience of the school buildings and systematic school enrollment process.
