

Chief of the Myanmar Police Force (MPF), Major General Soe Hlaing, attended the graduation parade of the 125th Intake of the Police Sub-Inspector Training Course at the Police Officer Training School in Pyin Oo Lwin Township, Mandalay Region, on Friday.
During the event, the MPF Chief received the salute from the graduating cadet company during their slow and quick marches and presented awards to the outstanding cadets in various categories, including Best Cadet, Training, Outstanding Law, Computer Science and English.
In his graduation speech, the MPF Chief urged cadets to study diligently, uphold unity, serve the public, protect national sovereignty, and combat corruption, drug abuse, online fraud, and gambling.
He emphasized collaboration with the Tatmadaw, local militias, and the Public Security and Counter-Terrorism Team to maintain peace and stability, and called on cadets to continuously train while following the principle that “the Myanmar Police Force must be for the people.” A total of 363 cadets graduated from the 125th Intake of the Police Sub-Inspector Training Course, comprising 249 male and 114 female in-service officers.
