US Marines conduct exercise with long-range accurate HIMARS in central Japan

The US Marines regularly conducted live-fire drills with the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS), in Japan on Wednesday. 

In the operations, US forces have integrated artificial intelligence to enhance mission planning, rapid targeting experimentation, and digital command operations. US troops routinely fire HIMARS alongside international partners, including a multinational live-fire exercise with Philippine forces. These drills allow allied militaries to synchronize long-range precision fires and test out digital command architectures
