Viet Nam attracts record high foreign investments

Viet Nam attracted over 18.7 billion US dollars in foreign investment in the first four months of 2026. According to the Foreign Investment Agency, this marks a 35.5% increase compared to the same period last year. Besides, most foreign investments went into manufacturing, energy, and industrial infrastructure, led by investors from Singapore and South Korea.

This massive influx of capital is driving rapid economic growth, propelling Viet Nam's GDP up by 7.83% in the first quarter and fueling a strong rebound in the labor market by creating hundreds of thousands of high-skilled jobs.
