Pyithu Hluttaw Announcement: Pyithu Hluttaw issued Announcement No (2/2026)

The Pyithu Hluttaw of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, on May 12th, issued an announcement No (2/2026) inviting representatives for convening the Second Regular Session of the Third Pyithu Hluttaw.

In accordance with the provisions of the Section 126 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Section 35 of the Pyithu Hluttaw Law of 2012, and Sub-rule (b) of Rule 3 of the Pyithu Hluttaw Rules of Procedure of 2013, it is hereby announced that the Second Regular Session of the Third Pyithu Hluttaw will commence at 10:00 AM, on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in Nay Pyi Taw. The announcement is signed by the Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker U Khin Yi.
