Viet Nam, Sri Lanka sign key cooperation MOUs

Sri Lanka and Viet Nam on Friday signed five Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) in Colombo, with the exchanges witnessed by Sri Lanka’s President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and Vietnamese President Tô Lâm.

The bilateral MoUs were signed during a state visit by Vietanmese President, targeting enhanced cooperation in AI, culture, religion, and police training. These pacts aim to elevate traditional friendship into comprehensive, practical partnerships, including maritime and economic collaboration.
