The revived Dunjingarav Spring Horse Race, held in Mongolia after an eight-year break, resumed with safety improvements despite low attendance and dusty conditions.

However, participants emphasized the importance of scheduling the event on a warmer day in March to avoid dusty conditions. They also noted that the race should be developed into a larger festival that promotes traditional clothing and cultural heritage.

Under a government decision, spring and summer horse races are permitted nationwide starting from May 1 each year. The Mongolian Equestrian Sports Federation organized the Dunjingarav Race independently this year, placing particular emphasis on child safety and upgrading the track to ensure it meets safety standards.
