Modi inaugurates Delhi–Dehradun corridor

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday inaugurated the Delhi–Dehradun Economic Corridor during his visit to the north-Indian states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The Delhi–Dehradun Economic Corridor — a 213-km-long, six-lane access-controlled corridor was built at a cost of over 12,000 crore.

The project includes 10 interchanges, an advanced traffic management system, and dedicated wildlife protection features. Addressing the ceremony, Modi highlighted the importance of roads and all other means of transport as life lines of the nation.
