Taninthayi Region Hluttaw: Region Hluttaw held its 4th day of 1st regular session

The fourth day of the first regular session of the third Taninthayi Region Hluttaw was held at 10:00 AM on April 9 at the Taninthayi Region Hluttaw meeting hall in Dawei.

During the session, the Speaker of the Region Hluttaw clarified and presented to the Hluttaw matters concerning the number of members, the names of the Chairperson, Secretary, and members, as well as the duties, powers, rights, and term of office of the g committees and bodies inluding the Region Hluttaw's Committee for Scrutiny of Complaints and Petitions from the People, the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, and Environmental Affairs, the Advisory Committee for Scrutiny of Budget, and the Law Study and Review Committee. The Hluttaw granted its approval accordingly. The session concluded at 10:45 AM.

The fifth day of the first regular session of the third Taninthayi Region Hluttaw will continue on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM, it’s reported.
