




In Turkmenistan, a gastronomic presentation combined with local products and Japanese sauces and spices took place in Ashgabat on Saturday.
During the event, various menu such as miso ramen, tempura, gyoza, chicken katsu, and potato salad were featured. The key concept was to use only local ingredients like meat, vegetables, and rice paired with seasonings and sauces specially delivered from Japan for the event.
This presentation marked the first step for the development of signature dishes that combine the culinary traditions of both countries. The event was attended by restaurant owners, chefs, importers, and exporters of food products.
