Viet Nam People’s Navy rescue Fisherman

On Tuesday, Vessel 741 of Naval Flotilla 129 under the Viet Nam People’s Navy rescued and transported a fisherman who suffered a stroke in Spratly waters, Khanh Hoa Province. He showed symptoms of a stroke, including limb paralysis, slurred speech, difficulty chewing and swallowing, and severe fatigue.

After receiving a distress signal, the vessel swiftly deployed to the scene, evacuated the patient, and transferred him to the Truong Sa Medical Center for further treatment.
