Indonesia ready to facilitate dialogue

The Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a written statement following the Middle East crises, stating that the government is ready to facilitate dialogue to ease tensions. The Ministry urged all parties involved in the conflict to cease hostilities and choose the path of negotiations.

In the written statement, it was conveyed that if agreed upon by both sides, the Indonesian President is willing to travel to Tehran to conduct mediation efforts. Regarding the protection of Indonesian citizens located in high-risk areas, the government has urged them to remain calm but vigilant, follow the instructions of local authorities, and maintain communication with the nearest Indonesian representative office.
