Viet Nam, US to deep ties in science, technology and innovation

Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyễn Duy Ngọc held meetings with partners and businesses in the United States on Saturday.

At talks with Arizona State University, he welcomed its cooperation with Viet Nam in education and training and called for stronger links with Hanoi universities. They discussed aim of training students to be qualified PhD graduates for the semiconductor industry.

The Secretary also met leaders of Meta Platforms, Rosen Partners and the Semiconductor Industry Association to discuss business opportunities cooperation and promote U.S. investment in strategic technologies, semiconductors, digital data and infrastructure, artificial intelligence, smart cities and e-commerce.
