Japan’s Economy Minister Akazawa Ryosei announced on Thursday that Japan and US had yet to agree on the first US projects to be part of the multibillion-dollar investment agreement between the two countries.

Akazawa said the talks will continue in order to identify investment projects that are of benefit to both sides. He hoped that the initial projects will be decided on before next month’s scheduled meeting between Japanese Prime Minister and US President.
