




In Hanoi, Viet Nam had officially launched on Saturday the Hanoi Technology Exchange (HanoTEX), and the Digital Transformation Market (DTMarket), to help commercialize research and technology. HanoTEX was expected to list more than 30,000 technology products, while DTMarket connected government agencies and businesses with startups that can provide solutions.
Both platforms operate under a public-private partnership model, with the State providing direction, businesses managing operations, and the market determining effectiveness.
