Union Consultative Council Law: NDSC enacted Union Consultative Council Law

The National Defense and Security Council, exercising the legislative power of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw in accordance with Section 427 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, has enacted the Union Consultative Council Law (NDSC Law No. 3/2026) on February 3, 2026. The law consists of four chapters and 11 sections. It was signed by Acting President Senior General Min Aung Hlaing in accordance with the provisions of Section 427 of the Constitution.
