Training Completion Ceremony: MoHT UM delivered the training completion address

The Training Completion Ceremony for the Hotel Service Training Course (Batch 13) was held at the Mingalar Thiri Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw Hotel Zone (1) on January 27.

Organized by the Myanmar Hotelier Association (Nay Pyi Taw Zone) under the guidance of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, the training aimed to enhance the capacity of staff working in hotels and motels across the capital. Union Minister for the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs and the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, Jeng Phang Naw Taung,attended the ceremony and delivered the address.

In his address, the Union Minister stated that the Ministry is conducting Human Resource Development training nationwide to ensure hotel staff are fully skilled and capable. Continuous training programs like this help cultivate the human resources essential for the growth of the hotel and tourism sector.

He expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed to the successful completion of these service courses. Following the Minister's speech, the Chairman of the Myanmar Hotelier Association (Nay Pyi Taw Zone) delivered a congratulatory address.

Then, the Union Minister presented awards to outstanding trainees, the Permanent Secretary presented certificates of honor to the instructors and the Association Chairman presented completion certificates to all trainees. A student from the Front Office course spoke on behalf of the trainees to express their gratitude. The event concluded with a commemorative group photo featuring the Union Minister, instructors, trainees, and guests, it’s reported.
