Drilling of Relief Wells : Engineering geological survey at Inya Lake

An engineering geological survey is being conducted along Inya Lake Embankment (3) in Yangon, along with the drilling of relief wells. On Saturday, Yangon Region Minister for Development Affairs and Chairman of the Yangon City Development Committee, Mayor U Myo Myint Aung, accompanied by officials, visited the site in Kamayut Township to inspect the progress of the work.

After hearing reports from officials, the Mayor instructed to take the necessary actions based on the technical findings. He also called for regular inspections to ensure the long-term durability of the Inya Lake embankment.
