Appointment of Union Minister : Lt-Gen Phone Myat appointed as MOHA Union Minister

The Office of the National Defense and Security Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has appointed Lt-Gen Phone Myat as the Union Minister for the Ministry of Home Affairs, in accordance with the provision of Sub-Section (b) of Section-427 of the Constitution with Order No (4/2026) on January 27, 2026. The order was signed by the Executive Chief U Aung Lin Dwe.
