Special appeal tribunal: Special appeal cases judged and heard

The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges Daw Thin Thin Nwet, Dr. Ko Ko Naing, U Win Myint and Daw Thin Thin Cho passed judgments on a special criminal appeal case and three special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Zayyarthiri District Court located on Chindwin Road, Mingalardipa Ward, Pubbathiri Township, Union Territory Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 AM on January 26, 2026.

Moreover, they also heard five special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
