







Kayah State Chief Minister U Sein Oo, accompanied by relevant officials, conducted an inspection tour in Loikaw to oversee landscaping projects at Htay Ngah Lyar Lake, preparations at the Kayah State Hluttaw office, and the disbursement of pensions and healthcare services for retired civil servants on January 21.
First, the Chief Minister and his party visited Htay Ngah Lyar Lake in Loikaw to inspect ongoing landscaping and beautification works. After being briefed by officials on the progress of the project, the Chief Minister provided the necessary guidance.
The Chief Minister and officials then proceeded to the State Hluttaw Office to inspect the preparations of meeting halls, committee rooms, lounges, and administrative offices intended for the upcoming Third Hluttaw sessions. The Director of the State Hluttaw Office briefed the Chief Minister on staff performance and the status of preliminary preparations for the session. In response, the Chief Minister instructed the staff to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of the office environment and to conduct systematic "role-play" rehearsals to ensure the Third Hluttaw sessions are held successfully.
Following this, the Chief Minister visited the Myanma Economic Bank in Loikaw, where he observed the disbursement of monthly pensions to retired civil servants and offered words of encouragement. The Chief Minister and the Regional Military Operations Commander provided basic foodstuffs including rice, cooking oil, and eggs along with breakfast to the pensioners.
During the visit, the Chief Minister also observed the healthcare services being provided to the retirees by medical staff from the State General Hospital, as well as the collection of biometric data being conducted by officials from the Loikaw Township Office of the Ministry of Immigration and Population, it’s reported.
