The Union Minister then proceeded to the historic Pa-Lyan Gate in Ward (2), Keng Tung. This gate is the only remaining structure of the twelve original city gates built by the Sawbwa of Keng Tung. He inspected its current state of preservation and then moved to Ward (1) to inspect the experimental excavation of the earthen city wall near the historic Ngam-Hpa Gate. He gave the instructions to ensure the continued preservation and maintenance of these sites.

Following this, the Union Minister visited the Keng Tung Haw Nan. He toured the interior, viewing the archival photographs of the Sawbwas, as well as the royal ceremonial drum, throne, and royal couch used by the former rulers.

Afterward, the Union Minister visited the landmark Khemarahta Byadeit-Taw-Pay Standing Buddha Image in Keng Tung. He paid homage to the Buddha image following the completion of the 4th gold-leaf offering, made a donation, and provided guidance on maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the pagoda precincts.
