Inspection of rehabilitation works: NPT Council Chairman inspected road repairing works

The Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo, along with responsible officials, inspected the roadside platforms and the cleanliness, tidiness, and beautification efforts along the roads that were damaged by the earthquake within the Union territory, Nay Pyi Taw, on the afternoon of October 19, and gave guidance based on the reports from the officials.

Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman also inspected the ongoing road repairs and asphalt paving (AC) works in Dakkhinathiri Township, which were damaged by the earthquake, the cleanliness, tidiness, beautification, and repair conditions of the main roads in Lewe Township, and visited the Thapyaykone roundabout in Zabuthiri Township to inspect the repair works of roadside platforms and retaining walls damaged by the earthquake, and provided necessary guidance based on the reports from the responsible officials.
