Meeting in Pathein: Meeting with Tatmadawmen and visiting the hospital

Chairman of State Security and Peace Commission Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing held a meeting with military officers, Tatmadawmen and families of Pathein Station on Sunday.

In his speech, the Senior General stressed the need to strive for capable Tatmadaw, fully relied by the people, while serving duties for ensuring peace and stability of region. He also instructed to provide welfare activities for the families through the implementation of agriculture and livestock breeding works. He urged all to make cooperative efforts for the interest of the nation, Tatmadaw and the region, while striving to end armed insurgency and to achieve peace and stability.

During the meeting, foodstuff and cash rewards were presented for the military officers, Tatmadawmen and families and maternal and child welfare association. The Senior General later visited the Defence Services Hospital and comforted the patients who are receiving medical treatment at the hospital. He also provided the needs of the hospital. Likewise, wife of the Commission Chairman visited the patients who are the families of Tatmadawmen, and comforted them.
