NDSC Orders: Appointment of Chief Justice and Judge

National Defence and Security Council office issued an Order No.41/2025 on October 8, regarding the appointment of Chief Justice. According to Section 427(b) of the Constitution, the Council appointed Daw Moe Moe Aye as Chief Justice of Ayeyawady Region High Court. Likewise, under Order No.42/2025, Dr. Aung Tun Lin was appointed as the Judge of the Ayeyawady Region High Court. The orders were signed by Aung Lin Dwe, Executive Chief.
